vintage 1950s Butterick #3216 sewing pattern for Semi-Fitted Dress in Half Sizes. (A) Dress with low cowl neckline, three quarter length sleeves. Self cord tie belt. (B) Dress with draped tie over scooped neckline, short sleeves. Beltless.
