Vogue 50s sewing pattern #8468 for a One Piece Dress "Easy To Make". Four piece flared skirt has optional pockets in side seams and joins the sleeveless bodice at waist-line. Gathers below the dropped-shoulder extension band that finishes the low V-neck-line front and back. Optional trimming. Dress may be completely lined or unlined.
