vintage 1950s Butterick #9470 sewing pattern for Junior and Miss Outfit Maker. Blouse with notched collar, tab opening, unmounted three-quarter sleeves. Choice of two skirts. (A) Blouse collar and band coordinates with box pleated skirt; purchased belt. (B) Matching blouse, trouser pleated straight skirt and self-belt.
