vintage 1950s Butterick #5152 sewing pattern for a full-skirted casual shirt waister dress with winged collar. Button-front bodice has a winged collar and short kimono sleeves. The full skirt billows from a self-belted waistline has a fly-front. (A) Wing-like cuffs on the sleeves and big cuffed–pockets. (B) This version is "uncuffed".
