vintage 40s Butterick #5394 sewing pattern for a versatile dress tailored with the season's fashion points. Winged collar is worked into the distinctive button trimmed yoke to give a high surplice effect. Inverted skirt pleats. A) Long sleeves. B) Short sleeves.
