Baking Day Spelt Apple, Date & Walnut Pie & Walnut Soda Bread

This week is all baking. Going nuts for the abundance of walnuts from my neighour. I crack on with baking an apple, date and walnut tart with wholemeal spelt flour, followed by baking a spelt walnut soda bread - chatting with you along the way. I don't use recipes - just make it all up as I go along, slapdash style, so watch to see if they turn out as a disaster or delish.
