SHIPPING / DELIVERY INFORMATION
Items must be shipped to the same address as the payment card registered. We cannot alter a shipping address after a purchase has been made.
Any packages returned due to wrong or incorrect addresses will be reshipped at the cost of purchaser.
Do you need insurance, signature confirmation, or express shipping? Please, contact us prior to purchase! We are happy to work with your needs, but we are unable to alter shipping options after a purchase has been made.
Top Notch Vintage ship via Royal Mail. Cost is based on package weight. Large shipments may need to be shipped in more than one box. We will ship to the address provided by the payment gateway registered address, no exceptions.
Shipping will be combined on more than one item, cost is based on total weight.
Most orders are processed within 5 days excluding holidays and weekends unless otherwise noted.
Top Notch Vintage maintain the right to add signature confirmation or insurance to any purchase.
If an item is returned to us by the post office for any reason, other than our mistake, the purchaser is responsible for the original shipping cost plus any additional shipping charges to resend the order.
Top Notch Vintage will contact the buyer when we receive the item, if the return shipping payment is not received within 10 days of contact both the item and purchase price are forfeit.
Top Notch Vintage is not responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered packages. All lost, stolen, and undelivered packages without insurance are on the responsibility of the buyer.
We are unable to replace or reship items purchased without insurance.
INTERNATIONAL & EU ORDERS - SHIPPING
All international packages will be shipped Royal Mail or ParcelForce Tracked and Signed For, it takes 10-45 business days depending on customs processing times and tracking information is not always available depending on the country.
If you feel your package is late, please check with your customs department, they may be holding the package.
Any packages over 3.5lbs must be shipped Priority Mail or Express Mail.
Customs, duties, import taxes, VAT, etc. will be the responsibility of the buyer and international packages will include item description and price paid.
We will not falsify costs or contents of the package. NO EXCEPTIONS, please do not ask. Users requesting that we commit customs fraud will be reported.
We cannot be held accountable for items lost during shipment or detained in customs.
International Buyers- Please Note: Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or the shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. These charges will not be reimbursed by Top Notch Vintage for any reason.
SHIPPING TO THE USA – Customs & Import Duties
Orders shipped to the United States may be checked by U.S. Customs and could be subject to import duties, taxes, or tariffs.
Important Change: Starting September 1, 2025, the previous De Minimis threshold for duty-free entry (under $800USD) will no longer apply. All shipments—no matter their value—may be subject to U.S. import fees and tariffs.
Most items: U.S. Customs now has the right to charge duties or tariffs on any purchase, even small orders under $800USD. Most of our vintage and secondhand items fall into this category and may now incur additional fees.
Orders over $800USD: U.S. Customs may continue to charge import duties or tariffs before delivery. Any such fees are set by the U.S. government and must be paid by the customer.
Antique items (over 100 years old): These may still qualify for duty-free entry; where applicable, we include information to support this during customs clearance.
Duty unpaid shipping: We do not offer “Duty Paid” services. All import fees, duties, and tariffs are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the price or shipping cost.
Items originally made in high-tariff countries (e.g. China, Hong Kong): These can attract higher U.S. import charges, which the customer will need to pay if applicable.
Please check with your local customs office for any questions about possible charges before placing your order. We cannot estimate or cover these fees, and parcels returned due to unpaid customs charges will not have shipping refunded.
