Fantastic Vintage 80s Monsoon heavy black cotton long sleeve dress with coloured embroidered pattern. Size US 16 on Label. With voluminous drop waist skirt and two side pockets hidden amongst the folds of fabric. Big puffed balloon sleeves, high straight shaped neckline and a wraparound wide cummerbund style belt.
